Ericksonian Hypnotherapy

Ericksonian hypnosis is the name given to the particular style of hypnotherapy used and taught by psychiatrist, Milton Erickson (the father of modern hypnotherapy). 

Erickson proved hypnosis provided a tool with which to communicate with the unconscious mind and access the reservoir of resources held within. And in so doing this unlocked what used to keep clients ‘stuck’ in their problems. 

Ericksonian hypnotherapy uses metaphors, storytelling, and indirect suggestions instead of direct suggestions or commands This type of hypnosis is particularly useful for those who are sceptical of traditional hypnosis. You do not have to close your eyes using this approach.

This style of hypnotherapy has proven time and again just how much we can heal ourselves when guided and supported by a clinically trained hypnotherapist.

RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy)

RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy) has grown globally over the past several years. RTT has become a very popular way to shed unwanted thoughts, feelings and habits in clients. Hypnotherapy is for people who want to improve an aspect in their habitual, mental, physical or emotional life. Yes. Hypnotherapy is just as successful online as doing it face to face. All you need is an internet connection and either a laptop, phone or tablet with a camera & microphone. Also a comfortable couch or chair that fully supports your back.  in which you can either  recline or sit comfortably while remaining visible on camera. We’ll preferably use Zoom or Skype, private and secured.

The device you use for your session/s needs to be positioned in such a way that it allows all of your face and the upper part of your body to be in shot during the session/s. It is also required that all notifications on the device you choose to use for the session is turned off until your session ends. 

We suggest you have some water to drink directly after your session and if possible go to sleep straight or lay down and relax directly  after your session or as soon as possible. 

Yes in some ways it does and that’s the good part. Hypnosis will, in a positive beneficial way influence the your brain in a natural and very healthy way to rewire neural pathways. Replacing outdated, non-serving beliefs and negative behavioral patterns. with new truthful beneficial beliefs. Science considers it a form of neuro-plasticity, a natural process which makes it possible to change, influence and consciously create the desired reality.

A hypnotherapist cannot make you think something you do not agree with or do something you do not want to do. Our role is to give you the power to create changes in your mind – and body – through accessing your sub conscious mind in such a way that allows you to stop bad and negative thoughts and habits and replace them with kind, positive, healing ones
