Clinical Psychologist
Who I am & What I believe in
I’m a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to transformative healing and promoting mental well-being. Psychology, for me, is more than a profession—it’s a personal mission shaped by a rich tapestry of life experiences, from practicing martial arts to working with international humanitarian organizations.
I’m committed to fostering positive change globally.
Growing up in the Middle East, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of mental health on individuals and communities. These early experiences ignited my passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping others navigate their emotional landscapes. My approach to therapy is both holistic and integrative, blending traditional psychological practices with innovative methods such as psychedelic-assisted therapy and hypnosis.
I firmly believe in the power of resilience and the human capacity for growth, even in the face of adversity. This belief has guided my work with esteemed organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross and Doctors of the World, allowing me to support individuals in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
Martial arts have been a cornerstone of my life, instilling in me the values of discipline, patience, and the importance of balancing mind and body. These principles are deeply woven into my therapeutic practice, helping clients find inner strength and stability.
Whether through mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, or neuro-linguistic programming, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds, heal from past traumas, and build fulfilling, balanced lives.
I look forward to embarking on this transformative journey with you.

About Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (P.A.T.)
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) is an innovative treatment combining psychedelic substances like psilocybin, MDMA, and LSD with psychotherapy to address mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This method involves a structured process of preparation, controlled psychedelic sessions, and post-session integration, showing promising results where traditional therapies often fall short. Through enhanced neuroplasticity, emotional release, and profound insights, PAT offers transformative and lasting benefits under the guidance of trained therapists.

What our clients say
Life-changing experience! Even though I wasn’t fully convinced that hypnotherapy was something for me, I decided to give it a try and I am so happy that I did! When I met Lena, I was at the lowest point of my life and the idea of seeking therapy was my last hope and the last card that I ever thought it would help. But I wish I would have realized earlier that this should have been the first step to fix my life.
After our first session that didn’t target the… Read on…
From someone who chain-smoked 6 cigarettes the 10 minutes before my hypnosis session, to someone who hasn’t touched, let alone, thought of having a cigarette in months now, I’m in shock and awe. When a friend recommended Lena to me, I was anxious, I was doubtful, and I was stressed out. But… Read on…
